Hello

My name is Andy Burkett. I've spent many years fine tuning the craft of photography. Besides Jesus, and my family, this craft has become one of my greatest passions!  To me photography is about telling a story within the story, to see depth in the subjects and let the details speak! In regards to photography, I get asked often, "what's your favorite thing to photograph?". This is honestly a hard question for me. I'm not wired to be rigid. Each day I set out and see what opportunities present themselves. If this day presents taking pictures of people, I want to see your eyes. I want to show the world who you are. I want to capture the light in a way that expresses the story of you! As I mentioned above, the "the story within the story".  If this day presents macrophotography, I want to see the very fibers that make up of the bug or flower. If this day presents wild life, I want to capture not only the animal, but I want you to see the character of that animal. I want you to feel the atmosphere of the place the animal exist. If this day presents real estate images, I want you to feel like you are literally standing in the room! Once again, its the "the story within the story".
